Botanika Blends' Original Pancake Mix is vegan, plant-based and packed with protein derived from faba beans. This mix makes light, fluffy and delicious pancakes that you can customise. We recommend topping off your pancakes with fresh fruits, maple syrup, ice cream or aquafaba whipped cream. Made from brown rice flour, coconut milk, corn flour and naturally sweetened by monk fruit.

Cooking Instructions:

Mix 60g (½ cup) of pancake mix with 80mL of any plant-based milk of your choice. Pour half of the batter on a preheated non-stick pan. Cook until the top begins to bubble, then flip and continue cooking until golden brown. Makes 2 pancakes.

Serving Suggestions:

Add your choice of fresh fruits, vegan cream, maple syrup etc.
