If you’re missing… MANICURES & PEDICURES
You don’t have to be a professional nail technician to give your nails some TLC. Once a week, schedule time for you and your friends to do a mani/pedi over Zoom or FaceTime! It might feel a bit silly at first, but it’s so important to maintain those social and self-care routines.

It’s surprising how many spa treatments you can do at home for a fraction of the price. Set aside an hour or two per week for the full spa treatment, or maybe 10-20 minutes per day to relax and reset.
An at-home steam facial is a really great way to relax your mind and rejuvenate your skin.
Fill a large bowl full of hot water and add a few drops of your favourite essential oils. We recommend the ANSC Tea Tree Essential Oil for oily skin and the Eco. Aroma Lavender Essential Oil for sensitive skin. Keep your face over the bowl over water for 5-10 minutes and let the steam work its magic!
DIY Face Mask
Mixing up your own face mask is fun and simple to do. We love the Butt Naked Masks. To use, simply mix 1-2 teaspoons of the powder with a touch of water until it forms a paste. Apply it on your face (avoiding the eye area) and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

For the undereye area, try the Acure Seriously Soothing Under Eye Hydrogels. These undereye masks help to soothe the appearance of dark circles around your undereye with blue tansy and arnica. Pop them under your eyes for 15-20 minutes for best results.
