Hemp has been used for thousands of years and is one of the most useful plants on Earth. Not only does it grow quickly, but it requires little weeding, thrives in most climates, naturally resists plant diseases and enriches the soil it grows in. Sounds pretty perfect. Every gardener's dream. Did we mention it is also considered a very nutritious seed? 

Hemp seeds are a rich source of vitamins and minerals, are full of soluble and insoluble fibre, which helps with digestion and feeling fuller for longer. It contains a really good balance of healthy Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

So now that we know about the benefits of hemp seeds, Mt. Elephant has shared some simple ways to help us incorporate their nutritional value in every meal.

Breakfast
