Magnesium is required by almost 75% of the systems in the human body and is much needed to function correctly. Absorbing magnesium through the skin is a fast way to replenish your levels. Many people take magnesium for pain relief, whether that be muscular, headaches, migraines, insomnia, restless legs and sports strains. Spraying it on grants you relief quickly.
Magnesium deficiency is one of the leading causes of disease and a lack of well being. Of the almost 1600 systems of the human body, 1200 require Magnesium in order to function efficiently. Systems such as the Cardio-Vascular System (Heart-health) and Cognitive Function (Brain Health) are particularly vulnerable to a lack of Magnesium. Some people believe that taking a few tablets of Magnesium will fix this chronic
deficiency but are unaware that up to 90% of oral supplementation from Magnesium is destroyed in the gut.
Amazing Oils is an Australian, family-run company, based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, Australia. It is this family's passion and promise to help you achieve a healthier and happier body.

Yes & no.They did encourage my toddler to get into sleep mode. I do think they calmed her & she slept well following use. But I just can't bear the individual packaging of each wipe. I was keeping them & cleaning them to send back to f&f for recycling, but I still cant fathom the constant use of them. It's a shame.
