This nutritious plant-based Ulu Hye Hazelnut Mylk is a great alternative to buying pre-packaged nut mylk from your supermarket. It is easy to make, tastes delicious and saves on wastage as you can make as little or as much as you like! It is 100% plant-based and is made using organic ingredients without all the added nasties. Great for having in cereals, smoothies or on its own. Free from gluten, soy and refined sugar. 1 jar makes up to 10 litres of mylk.

Mylk - Add 1.5 to 2 tbsp of nut mylk base along with 1L of water in a blender, and place on high for a minute. Transfer to a bottle or glass and chill the serve! If you would like to make less or more milk, just adjust the quantity of the base to the ratio of water used.
Smoothie - Add a single serve of the Mylk Base, 1 tsp, directly to your blender, along with your smoothie ingredients, 250ml water and blend, allowing you to make your milk and smoothie at the same time.
Store jar in a cool, dry place. For best results once opened, store in the refrigerator, otherwise best consumed within 3 months.

Good product

Not worth it
Very watery if you follow instructions, otherwise ends up being too expensive. Better to buy a good food processor, sieve and do it yourself.Location Melbourne

Taste...
I love the fact that hazelnut trees are great at absorbing/capturing carbon so I'm happy to continue getting hazelnut milk. It's just that when putting in 1 teaspoon per cup and blitzing it, as per instructions, it still doesn't give me much hazelnut taste nor creaminess, and still quite watery, so I've had to increase the number of teaspoons which is fine. So I'm going to not drink it as often just so I can make it last given that it's quite pricey haha.Location

So lovely...
this and the mixed nut milk is my go to for some time now have replaced carton milks. They both leave grainy bits (this one especially) but that is the only down side which is outweighed by the environmental side of itLocation

Good For Smoothies
I find the hazelnut flavour too strong to use as a milk substitute. The concept is good but I prefer to make my own milk. I will use this for smoothiesLocation

It's ok
The flavour is pleasant, but it is not as creamy as I like my milks. I think it would be as easy and more cost effective to use nuts and water in a high power blender, or a smooth nut butter.Location

Love this
Since I've discovered these on F&F I no longer produce so much waste, it's my go to and it sucks when its out of stock. But I learned to make smaller batches say up to every 2.5 days and then it's no good, at least in my experienceLocation
