Elate’s EyeColour Pencils are made with low environmental emissions and COSMOS certified ingredients. This pencil offers a smooth application with a long-wearing hold on your eyelids. It works great as an eyeshadow, eyeliner, lip or cheek colour.

Vegan and cruelty free. Made in Italy. Made with PEFC Certified Cedarwood and a corn-derived lid.

 

Apply the EyeColour Pencil all over the eyelids, cheeks or lips. Use a blending brush to blend effortlessly or use your finger to smudge.
