Super easy to make!I prefer them cold with a little Nutlex on them. Great for snacks. Highly recommend.
Eating a healthy pancake without the guilt!This batter is really nice, but you may want to add some agave nectar or a similar sweeteer to sweeten the batter abit just like the pack suggests. I omitted the apple cider vinegar as I didn't have any. I love mt elephant products. Great that they're healthy and filling. I put golden malt flavoured syrup on top and they're absolutely delicious
Protein hitLooking forward to try these as always find protein alternatives and find buckwheat flour is great for pancakes
Total disasterThe batter just turned to a pile of goo and cemented itself to the pan. I had to abandon it and try to create muffins out of it into salvage the mixture. By the time you add banana and apple cider vinegar it doesn't really taste of vanilla at all.
YumDelicious. Added some coconut sugar to the batter for a little bit of sweetness!
