    Loving Earth Raw Organic Buckinis Activated Buckwheat (450g)

    Loving Earth Buckinis are grain-free, gluten-free, crunchy kernels of protein-packed seeds that don't go soggy in cold milk. Most cereals are puffed or toasted but Buckinis are activated by soaking the seeds in water to release the enzyme inhibitors, bringing the seeds to life. Enzyme inhibitors prevent the nutrients in the seed from being released when consumed. The activation process removes the enzume inhibitors, making the nutrients available to nourish your body. They are a great addition to your cereal, raw desserts, muesli bars, smoothie bowls and salads.

    Store in a cool dry place.
