How much is delivery?

Our delivery fees are a flat $6.95 for orders up to $50.00 within Australia. For orders $50.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free. We also offer the option of Express Post for a flat fee of $10.00. Perfect when you need that last-minute gift or product.

We also offer Click & Collect from our warehouse in North Rocks. Our warehouse is open 7:30am to 5:30pm every business day in North Rocks and Saturdays 9am - 3pm and you can come and pick up your parcel. Select Click & Collect at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to pick up with the address details (it will be same day or next day). 

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. The rates are very competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout. Delivery starts from $10.00. Check out our Delivery Info page for more info

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. We accept change of mind returns as long as the item is in the original packaging, has not been used and no seals have been broken. For more information read our returns policy. Please note we don't process refunds for natural wear and tear or damage caused after the order has been received.

How do you package orders?

We have two packaging options. You can choose our original packaging or our minimal packaging. We always use recycled boxes and absolutely no plastic. Our packaging is locally sourced and our boxes are made in Sydney; we don't ship them in from China.

Our original packaging is (we think) beautiful. You will receive your order in a gorgeous recycled box with tissue paper, internal paper packaging, a handwritten note and a few samples if we have them. We don't use plastic bags to send parcels. If you receive any white 'plastic beans' in your order these are cornstarch peanuts. We don't buy them, we receive them from suppliers and keep them moving around the globe. They are biodegradable and dissolve too.

Our minimal packaging is your product and a box and that is it. We'll wrap your product if we think it needs it to be kept safe for transport. Some customers simply want to help our planet even more and don't want the extra packaging, so we encourage that and give you that option.

How does Flora & Fauna choose what brands and products to stock?

Flora & Fauna only sources and stocks the best beauty, skincare, fashion, home and lifestyle products that are 100% vegan. We ensure everything is SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) and paraben-free and not tested on animals. We believe that these products are far better for us and we would prefer to use them on our skin. If we won't use them we won't sell them. We source globally, however, we have a huge focus on local products. Australia has amazing natural ingredients and wonderful local suppliers so we want to support these brands.

Are you cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely. All of our products are free of animal testing and 100% vegan. That is a key criteria in anything being sold on the site. Many of our products are approved by PETA, Leaping Bunny, Certified Cruelty Free, NATRUE or the Vegan Society.

Do your products contain palm oil?

As a general rule, we don't like palm oil and seek to avoid it. However, any of our products that do contain palm oil or palm oil derivatives have sourced their palm oil sustainably from RSPO suppliers and our brands are very strict on this and take this seriously and act responsibly. You can learn more about our stance on palm oil in this article. In addition, we now have a filter under Features which is Palm Oil Free. Please note we have contacted every supplier to understand if they are palm oil, and palm oil derivative, free and this is based on information received from them with some rigor from us. This is not an approved certification which we hope is something that will happen in the future along with mandatory palm oil labeling. Effectively if you went to the brand direct you would receive the same information as on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Afterpay. We will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note we do not store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.

Fantastic, we love that you are keen to work with us. We carefully select suppliers to ensure they meet our strict requirements of being vegan, cruelty-free, ethical, paraben-free and SLS/ SLES free. We also want to ensure any suppliers we work with have stunning products our customers will love and are as environmentally friendly as possible. Note it is very important you contact us on this email as we only respond to stockist enquiries from this email. Emailing any other emails will result in crickets!

Do you wholesale?

At Flora & Fauna, we are authorised to wholesale Green + Kind. 

If you love these products and have a physical bricks and mortar business where you would like to sell these products please read more about our wholesale offer. Note we do not wholesale to online retailers. 

I am running an event or a charity. Can you donate gifts?

We work with two organisations: Where Pigs Fly Farm Sanctuary and Sea Shepherd Australia, as their values and ethics match our own. We align ourselves wholly with them so our resources (both monetary and team) can make as meaningful an impact as possible. As such we don't have the resources to support any requests outside of that.
