This is a delicious plant-based alternative to meat and is excellent in curries, in burgers, on pizzas, in salads and much more. Jackfruit is a tree-borne fruit, native to tropical Asia. It is organically grown and hand-harvested.
Jackfruit is a great source of fibre. It isn't a high source of protein, unlike some other vegan alternatives.

Pan Fry (recommended)
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat. Empty contents of pouch into pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until contents are heated through. Optional: Break or shred Jackfruit up while in pan.
Oven Bake: Heat oven to 180℃. Line a tray with baking paper and spread contents evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until contents are heated through.
