A natural hormone balancing and mood enhancing blend, this blend makes a beautiful perfume and creates a comforting atmosphere in the home.

Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend:
A restful blend of sedative florals designed to ease a restful night’s sleep. This blend will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend multiple essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Steam treatment: Add 1 drop of Sinus Clear Blend to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Keep eyes covered during treatment to avoid the risk of burns and scalding.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend:

By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops to your diffuser or apply 3 drops to your pillow or tissue and inhale.

Store below 30°C.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

In this collection, avoid using: Energy Blend, Sinus Clear Blend and Women's Blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?
