You are one very special individual; you are one of F&F's VIP's. We created this club to reward our most loyal customers and to thank you for being part of our journey.
If you've spent over $500 with us in the previous 12 months you'll be invited to be part of this club and we hope you'll love the rewards.
How Do I Become a VIP?
If you've spent more than $500 with us in the prior 12 months you'll automatically qualify. You don't need to do anything; we'll send you an email welcoming you to the club. Note: you need to be signed up to our emails in order for us to be able to talk to you. If unsure drop us an email to email@example.com and we'll check.
We will enlist new VIPs in the first week of every month and will welcome VIPs that week.
What Are The Benefits Of Being a VIP?
Apart from being part of a very exclusive club we also have some wonderful benefits including:
Earn Reward Points with Every Order: Like with the F&F Rewards Club you'll earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent. Each point is worth 5c and you can redeem these against future purchases. They'll automatically appear in your account.
Priority Shipping: We will bring your order to the front of the queue so your order leaves our warehouse first.
Free Express Shipping Over $100 in AU and NZ : When you spend over $100 Free Express Shipping will now be an option for you. NZ will be coming in the next two weeks so hold fire; for now you get free standard shipping over $100.
VIP Exclusive Offers: Each month we'll send you your own email with offers exclusive to you. You'll still have the regular offers too; these exclusive offers are an added bonus (note you will need to be logged into your account to see, and access, these).
Early Access to Offers and Beauty Boxes: As a Valued VIP you'll have access to our beauty boxes and end of year sales before anyone else (note you will need to be logged into your account to see these).
Double Reward Point Days: You'll see these throughout the year; we'll have exclusive Double Reward Point Days just for you.
Priority Service: You now have your own priority email so that we can answer your email asap. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap; we aim for within two hours but maybe not at 4am :-).
Invites to Events: As, and when, we have events, dinners, or even just free tickets in your town we'll be contacting you to invite you along.
How often do you invite new VIPs? We will notify new VIPs in the first week of every month.
What happens once I become a VIP? Sit back and enjoy the benefits. We'll make sure your orders are prioritised and the express shipping will be available at checkout. In the first week of every month you'll receive the regular weekly email but with additional VIP offers. Throughout the year you'll hear from us about special offers just for you.
Once I've become a VIP do I need to maintain my spend? In a word, yes. Each month we will review new VIPs but we'll also review who might not have spent enough to keep VIP status. We won't remove your VIP status straight away; we'll give you a gentle nudge and a couple of months to keep that status. You need to spend $500 over the previous 12 months, on a rolling basis, to keep your status.
Do I need to wait 12 months to qualify to become a VIP?
No, once you've spent $500 you'll be invited the following month.
I have a couple of accounts; can I merge them? We can't merge accounts so pick one and keep that as your primary account . As soon as you hit $500 spend for the prior 12 months you'll qualify.
