For the last year, we have been busy working on a new website for you so that it's easier to shop. We still offer the same great range but we have made a few changes, for the better. So what has changed and what are your burning questions? 

First of all please change your password. We don't transfer or store passwords for your security. As such, you'll need to create a new one. It is very easy though, just click on the button below and then click 'Forgot My Password' and a new password will be emailed to you. 

Burning questions - Help!

I can't log in to my account - what's happening?

For your privacy and security, we don't store your passwords for your accounts so you need to set up a new one. It is very easy though. All of your emails and customer details have been brought across so all you need to do is go to the 'My Account' section, click on the 'Forgot My Password' section and a new password will be emailed to you. You can then log in as normal. Head to Your Account. 

Do I still have all my reward points?

Panic not we have transferred all account details (other than your password) and your reward points across. Plus we have some great benefits with reward points too as explained below. 

Where's my wishlist?

Your wishlists that have been created in 2019, have been transferred across so you should see those in your account once you've logged in. There may be a delay in seeing all your wishlists, so hang tight for a few days. If you have any issues please email our customer care team at info@floraandfauna.com.au.

Where's my credit for my TerraCycle recycling?

Fear not, you still have this. Check your reward points and you will see a credit in your account. We'll be manually entering those in the few days after we launch so by Friday 18th the credit will be there.

Where do I enter coupon/ promo codes?

Enter these at checkout before payment. 

Note: we couldn't move your product out of stock notifications so if you have signed up to be informed when something is back in stock you'll need to do that again. Apologies. 

What's Changed?

Reward Points

All your points from the old website have been moved across and we've made it a bit easier to use your rewards and the main changes are below:

  1. Lots of you told us it was confusing to redeem your points. We agree! So on this website at checkout, you'll see exactly how many points, and dollars, you have and there is a box for you to enter them and redeem them. 
  2. It's much easier to track your reward points. In your account, you can see exactly how you have earned reward points and what you have redeemed. 
  3. You can now earn reward points for referring friends and writing reviews. You asked and so we've changed that.

Easier to Navigate

Our search bar is now easier to use and you can search our blogs and articles in it too, so you'll be able to find a lot more info easily.

Mobile Site is much easier to shop

We have spent a lot of time making your mobile shopping journey easier so it's not such a trauma to shop on the go. Our blogs and information are also much easier to read.

Blogs

We have now categorised our blogs, making it easier to find information on areas that might interest you, such as eco-home, natural beauty, baby care, etc. You can also use the search bar to find information and blogs. 

Checkout

We've designed our checkout, to make it less confusing - it's quicker to use, and easier to redeem gift vouchers and reward points. 

Wishlists

You can now share your wishlists! Email your wishlist to yourself, or your friends and family.

Promotions

Going forward free gifts will be redeemed via coupon/ promo codes. That means it is your choice if you want the free gift. Previously you'd automatically get a free gift and many of you didn't want it so we are now putting the choice in your hands. But do remember to enter the code.
