Hannahpad My First Period competition Competition Entry Terms

1. The promoter is: Flora and Fauna Trading, ABN: 98169556398, whose registered office is at 9 Crusader Road, Galston, NSW 2159, Australia.

2. Entry to the Hannahpad competition is open globally; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. To enter the Hannahpad My First Period competition, entrants must answer all competition questions.

5. The competition commences on 04/08/2017 and the closing date for entry will be at 11.59PM AEST on 10/08/2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify any changes to the competition to entrants as soon as possible.

7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prize may differ in design to the image in the promotion. Flora & Fauna will select winners based on skill. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter will notify the winner, and the winner will provide an address for the prize to be delivered to. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. By entering the competition you subscribe to Flora & Fauna emails. You can opt out at any time. 

9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
