Light and refreshing, with many uplifting benefits to refresh and awaken.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend two or all three essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add up to 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Use this oil with care. It is best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (at a 1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

Lemongrass essential oil is not recommended for children as it may cause skin irritation. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
