May be used in a diffuser for room diffusion or inhaled straight out of the bottle for individual use in public spaces where communal diffusion may not be appropriate.

Room diffusion: Add 5 drops to your electric diffuser or oil burner.

On the go: Add 1 drop to a tissue and inhale directly from the tissue or inhale directly from the bottle as often as needed.

The glass bottle can be recycled. Check with your local council on their glass recycling procedures as all councils vary.

Your local council might recycle the plastic lid and neck band. If they don't the plastic parts can be recycled with us via our recycling program where you earn reward points for recycling. Note: we don't recycle glass.
