This essential oil blend helps to relieve cold and flu symptoms such as nasal congestion. Helps soothe chesty coughs and sore throats. With eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint, pine, cedarwood, aniseed, ginger, spike lavender, tea tree and thyme essential oils.
This blend can be diffused, inhaled or in a chest and back massage.

Possibly sensitising to some individuals. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin. Do not add to bath. Keep out of reach of Children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. Skin irritation may result with contact with undiluted essential oils
Room diffusion: Add 5 drops to your electric diffuser or oil burner.
On the go: Add 1 or 2 drops to a tissue and inhale directly from the tissue or inhale directly from the bottle as often as needed. Take a deep breath and enjoy the refreshing and purifying blend.
Massage: Add 2 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil blend. Massage across chest and back.
The glass bottle can be recycled. Check with your local council on their glass recycling procedures as all councils vary.
Your local council might recycle the plastic lid and neck band. If they don't the plastic parts can be recycled with us via our recycling program where you earn reward points for recycling. Note: we don't recycle glass.

It's grown on me
At first I wasn't sure of this one. It has a subtle fragrance. I guess I was expecting a stronger fragrance, much like some of the other breathe blends I have used (I've tried several different brands - some of which made my eyes water). This has grown on me and I have been using it every night for a couple weeks. If you're looking for a clean, subtle, fresh fragrance, this one is for you.Location
