Rhapsody Toner Mist is a refreshing natural citrus toner that works on all skin types, especially for those with oily skin. It's hydrating formula effectively removes residual make up, oil and surface impurities - leaving the complexion feeling refreshed, radiant and revitalised. 

It can be used to help cleanse and balance the skin's PH level. The toner's PH is 5.0, which is optimal in balancing the skin's oil production.
