1. Place cleaner on tongue as far back as is comfortable.
2. Gently glide the cleaner forward, 'scraping off' unwanted matter.
3. Repeat 3 or 4 times.
4. Rinse well.
5. Use twice daily for best results.

Works really well to clean the tongue, I can actually see what the cleaner is scraping off the tongue. I wouldn't recommend using it everyday since it can be a bit harsh on your tongue and make it a bit sore. But definitely good to use every few days to clean and freshen your mouth, infinitely better than the tongue brushes on the back of toothbrushes.Location Lane Cove
