Unexpected resultsBy: Emma Bottomley on 29 January 2019I've never used a henna dye before so didn't know what to expect. The whole process requires a few hours, to prepare the mixture, let the mixture sit and apply to hair and sit in hair. It's very messy to apply, like mud, it went literally everywhere, so prepare your area with old towels and definitley get those disposable plastic hair caps. Your hair will smell kinda like a dirty hippie for like 3-4 washes. BUT it actually works and my hair was really soft!! If you are wanting a natural colour with no chemicals, you have to work for it girl ! No easy street. I would use again but let your partner know in advance that you will smell like a Gaia goddess that has been living in a rainforest for a month.. haha
Desert Shadow Organic Hair Dye Walnut Shadow (100gBy: cita on 26 January 2019I really love this product. It's natural, eco friendly and no nasties incomparable to the products sold in the supermarket or chemist.
Better than expectedBy: Ragan on 24 January 2019This hair dye was much better than I had expected. It does take time but it’s worth it.
Very pleasedBy: Anonymous on 13 August 2018I am so pleased with the results, it is so close to my natural hair colour. It has covered the few greys I had at my temples, and the greys that weren’t so noticeable have picked a lovely copper, which I have in my hair naturally. The only downside is the smell. I have just washed my hair for the second time and it is still noticeable.
Love it!By: Courtney on 6 June 2018It was most definitely worth the effort! My hair feels amazing and the colour is perfect.
