COVID-19 - Our Response

Update 30.3.20: 

Shopping: We continue to trade online as normal so keep buying and we'll keep sending in a beautiful plastic-free box with a handwritten note. The Government has put some restrictions in place but, as a home delivery and logistics business, we are open for business and have no restrictions. We are shipping Australia wide and Worldwide (exceptions below). 

Bulk Buying: Due to the nature of some of the products we sell we have seen a bit of bulk buying. Stock is limited and we want to be fair to everyone so everyone gets what they need, so we have put limits of 2 on some products including cleaning and some body products. These include the brands ecostore, Koala Eco, Green Addict and all hand sanitiser (when we have stock) at this stage. We'll continue to monitor this. 

Deliveries: We are around 4 days behind our normal packing schedule. Large demand for certain items combined with a reduced team in these uncertain times means we're doing everything we can to stay fit and well, keep operating and get your orders out. Bear with us whilst we get through this. Our absolute focus is on the health and safety of our team and making sure we can operate as close to normal as possible. If you need an order urgently please select express shipping and it will come to the front of the queue. Thanks in advance for your patience. 

Australia Post are starting to have some delays with both standard and express deliveries. We don't have any more details at this stage as to the extent of the delays.  

We have restrictions around international shipping and will not be delivering to these countries: Austria - Bahrain - Bermuda - Cayman Islands - Djibouti - Egypt - Estonia - French Polynesia - Jordan - Kosovo - Kuwait - Libya - Norway - Peru - Saudi Arabia - South Korea - Tuvalu - Ukraine - Western Samoa - Moldova - North Macedonia - Turkey

Express Post: For same day despatch please have your order to us by midday. We've brought this forward slightly to ensure we can send them all out same day. Note: Australia Post to have some delays in their Express Post network so it may take slightly longer than usual. 

Click & Collect: We have stopped all new Click & Collect Orders temporarily. If you have an existing Click & Collect order you can still pick this up from our warehouse currently. 

Aus Post: Aus Post have implemented social distancing deliveries. They will deliver your order and sign for you in your presence to limit contact. Again their focus is on the health and safety of their team and keeping operational so bear that in mind. Thanks in advance. 

Returns: All returns, and therefore refunds, will be processed two weeks after being received into the warehouse. This is to protect our team and community. Apologies but hopefully you understand. 

Recycling: We are still accepting recycling via post, however, to protect our team, we will not process any recycling for two weeks after it has been received. We are not accepting recycling drop-offs to our store anymore. 

Our Store: Our physical store in North Rocks remains closed until further notice. Note our online store is open.

It's important we are as transparent as possible at this time. We hope you are safe and well; we are in unprecedented times and we are all navigating the Coronavirus together and this really highlights the importance of community and kindness.


Operations and Deliveries

Firstly, we continue to operate online as normal. Our team are fit and well and we have had no cases of COVID-19. We are picking, packing and Aussie Post are picking up orders as normal. As things progress, and people self-isolate, we may take a little longer to get your orders to you but we'll post any delays to shipping here.


Our F&F Store

We have made the decision to shut our physical retail store in North Rocks, we believe this is a small price to pay for everyone's health and safety. We anticipate the shutdown being two weeks but we will keep you updated as this could be more or less time. The store shuts as of 5pm Monday 16th March. 

Note, Click & Collect is still operating. Of course, things are evolving quickly and this may change - we will update here of any changes.


Our Team

We have focused on social distancing for our team in the office and warehouse so we can keep operating as normal with your orders being sent out. This includes cancelling any external meetings in or out of the office, cancelling local and international travel, stopping any communal food, putting lots of signs up about hand washing, issuing hand sanitisers and buddy checks to name a few.

We are also looking at how we work to try and avoid the same people being in the office/ warehouse at the same time. 


There's a lot more happening behind the scenes but we want to ensure you we are doing everything we can to protect you, our team and our community.
