Elate EyeLine Pencil 

Elate’s EyeLine Pencil are vegan and cruelty-free, made with low environmental emissions and COSMOS certified ingredients. This eyeliner offers a smooth application with a long-wearing hold on your eyelids, brows or eyeliner. 

Hearth is a neutral brown with a natural-matte finish. 

Made with PEFC Certified Cedarwood and a corn-derived lid.

Eyeliner

Start at the outer corner of the eye and apply short dashes as you draw a line along the lash line.

Use the angle of Elates Bamboo Brow Brush or fingertip to smudge, if desired.

Brows

Using hair-like flicks, use Elates Bamboo Brow Brush to fill in the brows to create your desired brow shape.
