Taking Care of your container:

1. Clean with warm, soapy water, do not put in the dishwasher.
2. Do not put the bottle in the microwave or freezer. 
3. The Neoprene pouch is ideal to carry the container and for protection. The insulation of the bottle itself keeps the liquid hot or cold. Note the cover may be shorter than the full height of the container and the top couple of teeth may undo on the zip during use which doesn't impact performance.
