Taking Care of your carafe:

• Dishwasher safe.
• Clean with warm, soapy water.
• Do not put the carafe in the microwave or freezer. Be careful with hot liquid not to overfill in case of burns. 
• The Neoprene pouch is ideal to keep the carafe cool and for protection. The insulation of the carafe itself keeps the liquid hot or cold. Note the cover may be shorter than the full height of the carafe and the top couple of teeth may undo on the zip during use which doesn't impact performance.
