Love this product

Disappointing
I purchased this for my sister who gets cramps all the time, especially on her calves. A friend recommended this to try but it didn't make a difference at all.
It's not a pleasant smell and feels sticky to touch.Location

Great spray
Was a bit sceptical that something as simple as a spray would be helpful, but it really is! I spray this on my lower back twice a day and have noticed improvements in only a couple of days! Would recommend.Location

I feel it’s definitely working
I bought this as I’m pregnant and started to get leg cramps. I’d heard magnesium was good for this. I also understood that it helped with sleep. This has definitely helped with both from the first night I used it. I find the nights I have used it my sleep has been more solid and restful, and when stretching in bed I haven’t had cramps. I have forgotten to use it a couple of times and those nights I haven’t slept well, and sometimes had cramps (my leg cramps weren’t consistent to begin with). I would recommend this. I would not recommend using it on freshly shaved legs however as it does sting lol.Location

Works But Irritates my Skin
This magnesium spray definitely does what it claims. I find it useful after long work days to relieve muscular pain. After using a few different types of topical magnesium I have become aware of the potential for skin irritation, this brand however seems to burn more than others. Mixing it with a lotion helps me to avoid adverse reactions but it kind of defeats the purpose of the convenient spray bottle.Location
