Great value and effective
I use this after games and it definitely helps with soreness and the relaxing smell of mint/menthol is just the perfect combo! I use 2 handfuls for a large mostly filled bath and still have half a tub to go.Location

Really effective and best price I have found
I love magnesium flakes in my bath for sore muscles, sore back or even sore/upset digestive system. This is the best price I have found, which is great because magnesium flakes are not cheap but are so much more effective than Epsom salts. I've bought this bag twice and will continue to do so.
