Modern Essentials Detox Essential Oil Blend has a strong zesty aroma and has been specifically formulated with cleansing essential oils to help support your body's natural detoxification processes. This blend combines lemon, juniper berry, ginger, fennel and rosemary essential oils, all renowned to assist the body detoxify.

Benefits:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest, back of the neck or abdomen.

Compress: Add 2 drops to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down, use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles, use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture, and apply the washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

This blend contains juniper and fennel, which are not recommended for children due to their stimulating nature to the digestive, lymphatic/detoxification and kidneys. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).
